Boxing

 

Boxing is a new class we offer for beginners and intermediate students.  This class is based on a comprehensive format utilising the benefits of small group learning. Access to this class is strictly limited and order to keep an ideal ratio betwen students and teachers. The classes are offered on a weekly basis.

During class you will learn and train the techniques of modern boxing: jap, cross, hooks, body hooks, uppercuts, foot work, cover and evading techniques. Furthermore we train you in basic combinations and counter attacks. Like in all full contact combat sports there is also a strong focus on conditioning. Boxing is an excellent fitness training. You will promote your cardiovascular system as well as the muscle endurance of your abdominals, bag, shoulders and arms.
